Hazing

Hazing is a term used by many groups, usually synonamous with Initiation. The prospective group member must go through a series of tests to prove they are serious in wanting membership in said group. In a Smash Crew's case, it can be used to weed out weaker players, for training purposes. This is an important part of Dead on Arrival's new member process.
