FyreNWater (real name Rita) is a Californian smasher. She originated from the San Francisco Bay Area and currently resides in the Los Angeles Area. In high school, she discovered her best friend played SSBM quite well. She got together with him and a few other guys to have weekly game sessions. From there, the crew Bot P was born.

Play Style
Rita dislikes items in serious matches, as she feels they tend to give unfair advantages at random times. Moving stages annoy her and Flat Zone outright angers her. Often she refuses to play a serious game on that stage. For fun games, anything goes. As long as players enjoy themselves, she doesn't care about items, characters, stages, nor techniques.
In group battles, she often targets the player with the most stock remaining. For one-on-one battles, she is always in the opponent's face throwing attacks, regardless of how much damage she takes in return. She cannot wavedash consistently, but feels that it is not needed in anything besides professional play. Her juggling is fairly good and she favors aerial attacks.
"Fight Club" and Teching
Rita's favorite place to play is in the "Fight Club" of the Temple. She has learned to tech well, specializing in ceiling techs. She can recover and often KO someone, even at over 200% damage.
Tanking
A self-described style of play that Rita partakes in is "tanking". In MMORPGs, tanking refers to the act of a high-HP character rushing ahead and "absorbing" damage. When Rita plays with heavier characters, she doesn't worry too much about taking damage and simply stays in the middle of the fight. She suspects she might switch to Lucario as her main in Brawl, but she hasn't played enough to decide yet.
Quirks
Rita has odd attributes about her that affect her performance. Whether it is objective or merely a figment of her imagination is unknown.
Controllers
She often refuses to use any controller besides her own. She claims using a different controller will result in her losing, as she can't remember a time she placed 3rd or higher without her own controller. Rita's controller is a transparent-blue third-party controller she named Dolphin. Dolphin is slightly modified, with a control stick that moves more smoothly and reacts more sensitively.
Sound
One thing that drastically lowers her performance is the absence of the video game sound effects. Rita relies on her sense of hearing as much as her sense of sight. With that integral aspect removed, she often plays poorly as it slightly disorients her.
